Drop-In Classes

We are happy to bring back many of our popular drop-in classes this fall! While these will be the same great classes and instructors, all classes have limited space to provide you the safest experience possible. Please save your visit for another day if you have any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, runny nose, difficulty breathing, or if you are feeling under the weather for any reason! Let’s work together to keep our community healthy and active this fall.

All fitness & aquafit classes are free for continuous & annual MIP members, and $10 for pass holders and guests.

Pre-Booking for Classes

Members & guests are required to pre-book for all drop-in classes through the form below – you can do this up to one week in advance. Every Friday, you will be able to book the following week’s classes. You will receive a confirmation email when we have processed your booking request. Booking requests will be responded to during regular business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-4pm) in the order they are received.

Class Descriptions

  • Bands & Barbells
    • This resistance training class utilizes bands and barbells for a total body workout. Exercises will challenge and improve your functional strength by utilizing higher repetitions to create muscular endurance.
  • Sport & Fitness Recovery
    • This class focuses on repair and recovery through trigger point, dynamic and static stretching, band manipulations, and proper breathing patterns. Ideal for those actively training or participating in sport.
  • Studio Spin
    • There is no better way to get in some cardio training than through this calorie burning spin class where you will get your sweat on to the rhythm of pumping music! Class will include resistance training accessory work. 
  • Parent and Tot Yoga
    • Share your yoga practice with your little ones as you explore a variety of fun, easy to follow yoga movements to help build strength and confidence in child and self. Tots 2-4 years old welcome. 
  • Lower Body Blast
    • Squats, lunges, jumps and glute firing hip thrusts are what to expect with this lower body, leg-sculpting workout.
  • BabyFIT Bootcamp
    • Our pre and postnatal friendly class is designed to give new moms with babies under 18-months, a fun, social and dynamic workout incorporating a variety of equipment such as steps, ballet barre, body pump weights and more. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with other new moms in the community. Dads are also welcome!
  • Post Natal Yoga
    • Regain strength, flexibility and stamina as you bond with your baby in a relaxing, and supportive environment. Tone, stretch, relieve tension in the upper body, and safely rebuild core strength. Babies up to crawling age.
  • HIIT the Barre
    • Target every area of your body through a series of exercises focusing on strength and cardio, incorporating Barre and HIIT style formats for a challenging workout. 
  • Seniors Yoga ($5 for Non-Members)
    • 45-minute gentle yoga practice through beginner poses, utilizing chairs and accessories to help increase mobility, improve balance and wellbeing overall.
  • Zumba®
    • HIIT is the place to be if you want to turn off your brain and experience great results. This circuit style class allows for short bursts of effort, combined with periods of rest to maximize your workout. 
  • Yoga flow
    • Set your weekend intention to connect your body & breath in a traditional, morning yoga flow practice. All levels welcome.

  • HPTC Bootcamp
    • In this boot camp style class, you can expect a fully balanced mixture of cardio circuits and body weight burnouts that will leave you energized and ready to take on the day.
  • HPTC Flex
    • This class is designed to make you stronger and build lean muscles through traditional strength and body weight training. We will target all muscle groups by executing technical barbell lifts such as deadlifts, squats, presses and more.
  • HPTC HIIT
    • HIIT is the place to be if you want to turn off your brain and experience great results. This circuit style class allows for short bursts of effort, combined with periods of rest to maximize your workout.
