Our team uses a multifaceted approach to fitness training that generates results by enabling participants to feel challenged and empowered to take personal performance to new levels. Our approach encompasses the fields of human movement, sports medicine and exercise physiology. Our focus is on providing clients with a clear and progressive pathway to reach their goals and fulfill their personal potential in health and life.

Personal Training Packages Include:

  • A complimentary 30 minute consultation
  • A body composition analysis at the beginning and end of the program
  • Access to state of the art fitness amenities during sessions, including the High Performance Training Centre & The Studio at MIP.

All personal training participants must be of the same household. Groups of three or more can receive a quote via email.

Please note: 24-hour notice is required for cancelation of a scheduled consultation. A $30 fee will be charged for consultations missed without notice. Personal training packages expire 12 months after purchase and are non-refundable. RRC reserves the right to make a decision regarding refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Body Composition Analysis - $15

Assess your current status at any time with a body composition analysis. Learn your weight, body fat percentage, fat mass, fat-free mass, basal metabolic rate, and body mass index from our Tanita scale. To book your body composition analysis, send us an email with your contact information and preferred booking time.
