Our programs support healthy aging and engage participants through a variety of interactive activities for adults 60 plus.
We offer sport programs such as carpet bowling, bocce ball, and pickleball, and fitness programs such as low-impact strength and mobility training. Our programs also include gentle yoga and social art classes!
