PRIZES TO BE WON
Upon filling out a PT Request form provided at the Fitness Centre, HPTC, and Guest Services locations, the member/non-member will be contacted within 2 business days to schedule the consultation and standardized fitness testing.
 
Testing dates and time slots are as follows:
  • Monday Oct 15 8am, 1pm, 6pm.
  • Monday Oct 22 8am, 1pm, 6pm.
  • Monday Oct 29 8am, 1pm, 6pm
Please dress in work-out attire.
